1. Our delivery covers Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman & Ras Al Khaimah,.

2. We provide free delivery to Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman minimum purchase 100 AED & Free delivery for Ras al Khaimah & Abu dhabi for minimum purchase 150 AED.

3. Maximum 2 working days for delivery from date of order.

4. We accept Cash, Card, Bank transfer.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. All Chinese brands products having 1 week warranty.

2. All German, US brands minimum 6 months & Maximum 3 Year warranty depends upon products.

3. Customer can exchange products within 3 days of purchase. expect live stock (Fish or Aquatic Plants)

4. Customer can return item within 3days of purchase, will be refund. if payment done by card  payment bank charges 2.5% will be deducted.
